Service Description
Your scent tells a story—let's create one your customers or guests will never forget. This private 60-minute consultation is where your custom fragrance comes to life. Together, we'll explore fragrance families, blend notes, and scent combinations while developing a signature fragrance tailored specifically to your business, event, or special occasion. Whether you're creating branded candles for your boutique, custom room sprays for client gifts, wedding favors, ministry events, or wax melts for retail, we'll carefully design a fragrance that captures the experience you want people to remember.
Cancellation Policy
Signature Fragrance Design Consultation - The Signature Fragrance Design Consultation is a 60-minute appointment dedicated to developing your custom fragrance. - During this session, we'll explore fragrance families, evaluate scent combinations, discuss product options, and begin creating a fragrance tailored specifically to your business or event. - This consultation is required before any custom fragrance production begins. Consultation Fees - Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your consultation. - Consultation fees are non-refundable. - If applicable, the consultation fee may be credited toward qualifying production orders at the discretion of B's Wax Candle Co. Rescheduling & Cancellations - Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. - Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. - Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the consultation fee will not be refunded. Custom Fragrance Development - Your consultation includes the development of an initial custom fragrance concept based on the information provided during your appointment. - Additional fragrance revisions or extensive redesigns beyond the initial consultation may require additional consultation time or fees. - Final fragrance formulas remain the intellectual property of B's Wax Candle Co. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Production & Orders - A consultation does not include product manufacturing or guarantee an order. - Production timelines begin only after your fragrance has been approved, quantities are confirmed, and full payment has been received. - Because each order is custom-made, we encourage booking your consultation as early as possible to allow adequate time for fragrance testing, production, curing, labeling, and packaging before your event or launch.
