Cancellation Policy

By submitting your booking and paying the required booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may result in additional charges depending on preparation and materials already provided. Rescheduling Policy We understand that things happen! You may reschedule your event one time with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24–48 hours of the event may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Requests made less than 24 hours before the event are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation. Setup & Event Space The host is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and suitable space for the pour party, including adequate table space, seating, and ventilation. Access to the space must be available at the agreed setup time. Safety & Liability By participating in this experience, you and your guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided. B’s Wax Candle Co. is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of materials or failure to follow instructions during the event. Agreement Acknowledgment By booking your pour party, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above. You also acknowledge that all information provided is accurate and that you accept responsibility for any injuries that may occur during the event.
