Service Description
Gather your friends and enjoy a hands-on, creative candle making experience designed to be fun, relaxing, and memorable. Each booking includes up to 6 guests, with the option to add additional participants at a discounted group rate. For an even more seamless experience, we can also create a private booking page where each guest can purchase their own ticket individually. We bring the experience to you! You’ll be able to choose your own candle jar, explore our fragrance bar to select your favorite scent, and then be guided step-by-step through the candle making process. Once your candles are set, the experience doesn’t stop there—we’ll enjoy fun, interactive activities together while your candles begin to cure, making it the perfect blend of creativity and connection. Whether it’s a celebration, girls’ night, ministry gathering, birthday, or just because, this experience is designed to spark joy from start to finish.
Cancellation Policy
By submitting your booking and paying the required booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Booking & Event Details All information submitted, including event date, time, location, guest count, and selected experiences, must be accurate and complete at the time of booking. This information is used to plan and prepare your pour party experience. Booking Fee A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date. No date is reserved until payment is received. Changes to Your Event Any changes to your event must be requested in writing no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled event. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are not guaranteed after this timeframe. Final Guest Count Your final guest count must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your event. This number will be used to prepare materials. You will be responsible for payment based on this confirmed count, even if fewer guests attend. Cancellation Policy All booking fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event, your booking fee will be forfeited. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may result in additional charges depending on preparation and materials already provided. Rescheduling Policy We understand that things happen! You may reschedule your event one time with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24–48 hours of the event may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Requests made less than 24 hours before the event are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation. Setup & Event Space The host is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and suitable space for the pour party, including adequate table space, seating, and ventilation. Access to the space must be available at the agreed setup time. Safety & Liability By participating in this experience, you and your guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided. B’s Wax Candle Co. is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of materials or failure to follow instructions during the event. Payment of Remaining Balance Any remaining balance must be paid according to agreed terms prior to or on the day of the event before services are rendered.
